The store or website must be an authorized retailer of the manufacturer. Note: Be careful shopping out there! Unauthorized, grey market retailers may be selling second hand, refrubished, or discontinued products. Your life, or the life you save isn't worth jeopardizing for a few dollars.

• The lower price must be published on the competing web site and must be available for verification by our customer service department.
• If the web site with a lower price is an auction site, paid membership club or eBay Express or close out site or close out item on a web site we do not offer the 100% guarantee on these items.
• Taxes and our shipping charges will be included when calculating the price difference.
