Philips HeartStart SMART Pads II 989803139261
The Philips HeartStart SMART Pads II are very easy to use. Follow the easy to use instruction below. Always consult the documentation that was provided with your purchase.
1. Open the pads case as shown below. Peel off one pad.
2. Pads placement is very important. The icons on the pads placement diagram on the FRx front panel will be flashing, to help guide you.
3. Place the pad on the patient’s bare skin exactly as shown in the following drawing. Press the adhesive portion of the pad down firmly.
3. Then repeat this with the other pad.
4. If you patient is a child or infant you will need to use the FRx Infant / Child Key to reduce the voltage.
