Return Policy
AED LifePower will happily accept all returns within 30 days from the delivery date.

All damaged /defective / or unopened items must be reported no later than 10 days from the delivery date.

All return items must have a prearranged Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Please email info@aedlifepower.com and include your order number, your name, and the product you are returning. You can also call us at (800) 275 - 5942 to arrange an RMA.

All returned products must be in original condition and packaging with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards intact. We will not accept dirty, broken or used products or any items in non-standard packaging.  Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will still be deducted from your return refund.

If a product arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts we will pay to return the item to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement, the item can be returned under our standard return policy.

Our Low Price Guarantee
We will be our competitor's prices. If you find a qualifying product at a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the difference!
The store or website must be an authorized retailer of the manufacturer. Note: Be careful shopping out there! Unauthorized, unscrupulous retailers may be selling second hand, refrubished, or discontinued products. Your life, or the life you may be saving isn't worth jeopardizing to save a few dollars.

The lower price must be published on the competing web site and must be available for verification by our customer service department.

If the web site with a lower price is an auction site, paid membership club, eBay Express, close out site or close out item on a web site we do not offer the 100% guarantee on these items.

Taxes and our shipping charges will be included when calculating the price difference.

If you have found a product you're intested in purchasing at a lower price, please contact us and we will verify the retailer you are purchasing from is authorized by the manufacturer.
