Product Description
The ZOLL AED Plus is the only AED to operate on non-proprietary batteries lowering the total cost of ownership of your ZOLL Plus defibrillator. This is yet another distinction that separates ZOLL from the competitors.
Batteries should be replaced at least every 5 years. A good rule of thumb is to replace your batteries when you replace your ZOLL pads.
1. First, turn your AED Plus off. Open the battery compartment by removing the battery from the back of the unit as seen in the image below.
2. Remove all the batteries at once and dispose of batteries. Install new batteries into the battery bank observing polarity markings.
3. After installing the new batteries remember to press the Battery Reset Button. Pressing the Battery Reset Button resets the battery usage indicator to full charge.
Always consult your manual before performing any work on your defibrillator.
